Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Information you choose to send us by WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, phone number, email, event date, location, guest count and any other event details you share. Our hosting provider may also collect basic technical data automatically, such as browser type and pages visited.

2. How we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes, plan and deliver your event, issue invoices and meet our legal obligations. With your consent only, we may send occasional updates, and you can opt out at any time.

You are not legally required to give us any information, but without it we can't reply or prepare a quote.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (website hosting, WhatsApp, email and accounting services), or where required by law. Some of these providers store data outside Israel.

4. How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal and accounting requirements.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your rights

You may ask to review the information we hold about you, and to correct or delete it, as provided by law. Contact us at info@flatwhite.co.il.

7. Cookies

Our site may use essential cookies and basic analytics provided by our hosting platform. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page.
