2. Site content

Content on this site is general information. Photos are illustrative. Prices, availability and service details are confirmed only in a written quote.

3. Quotes and bookings

Quotes are valid for [14] days. A booking is confirmed only once you approve the quote in writing and [pay a deposit of X%]. The balance is due [on the event day / before the event].

4. Changes

Changes to guest numbers, service hours or location can be made up to [7] days before the event, subject to availability, and may change the price.

5. Cancellations

Private customers: you may cancel in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law: within 14 days of booking, provided it is at least 2 days that are not rest days before the event, for a fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower. Other cancellations are subject to the terms in your quote.

Business customers: cancellations are subject to the terms in your quote.

If we must cancel, you will receive a full refund.

6. What you provide

A level space of about [W×D] m, a standard power socket within [X] m, access for setup [45] minutes before service, shade or cover for outdoor events, and an on-site contact person. If these aren't available, we may be unable to serve and fees will still apply.

7. Weather and safety

We may pause or relocate the service if conditions are unsafe for guests, staff or equipment.

8. Dietary requirements and allergens

We serve dairy milk and oat drink. Please tell us about allergies in advance. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

9. Branding

If you provide logos or designs for cups, menus or the cart, you confirm you have the right to use them.

10. Photos

We may photograph our setup for our portfolio. We won't publish photos in which guests can be identified without consent.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to Flat White and may not be copied without permission.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts in [DISTRICT] have exclusive jurisdiction.
